I took two days off. I've been really tired the last two days and I wanted to hang out with the Captain.
Today I went to the station and we did IMCF.

box jumps
air squats
wall balls (10lbs)
push-ups
My time was 10:48.
The workout felt great, but I think I'm getting sick. I'm feeling a little off now.
